Horatio - Contest Entry

Hey all, here's an illustration I did for a Pit People contest over at newgrounds.com to hopefully win a copy of the game. (I really want it, but am broke so ; ;)

I've included a comparison image so you can all see what I was working with when painting this and why his face looks so strange haha. It was a pretty fun challenge to make a more realistic face out of such a cartoony one. :) (Dan Paladin is the artist of the original character.)
