Commission: MischiefJoker

I was commissioned by @MischiefJoKeR over at twitter to paint her OC Dmitri, who is a sad ashboi with an affinity for plants. I've included a few WIP images to show you how this character evolved throughout the process.

Initial sketch

Rough shading / I don't know what I'm doing exactly stage

Added some basic color, reworked the cloak and pose

removed the cloak to render his body accurately underneath the cloak and make sure anatomy looks okay

added cloak again and messed with the pose again, changing it to a rose staff

removed the back arm and focused on the body cause i did not like how the back arm looked overall, also changed the close arm again

settled on a good pose / item for him to hold, based on the commissioners' request
